Providers & Staff
Carevide Women’s providers are dedicated to your health and well-being. Our staff consists of OBGYNs, a Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner, and a number of LVNs and MAs.
Comprehensive Services
Carevide Women’s offers comprehensive women’s health services. We offer well woman and breast exams, various screenings, contraceptive management including LARCs, prenatal and postnatal care, and more.
Financial Assistance
Our trained staff will guide you through the various health programs available and our sliding fee scale that helps to reduce costs. This can be applied to your deductible or it can be utilize by those without insurance.

Greenville – We offer gynecological services including adolescent gynecology, well-woman exams, breast exams, contraceptive initiation and management, and sexually transmitted infection testing and treatment.
Sulphur Springs – We offer gynecological services, contraceptive management (including LARCs), complete prenatal care, postpartum care, newborn care, lactation services, and labor & delivery (through partnership with CHRISTUS Mother Frances Hospital Sulphur Springs).
Our contraceptive options include short and long-term contraceptive methods along with non-hormonal barrier methods.
Short-term contraceptive methods include oral birth control, also known as “the pill”. This form of contraceptive method is taken daily. Nuvaring® is a vaginal ring inserted monthly. The Patch is applied weekly. We have available oral and vaginal contraceptive methods in our on-site pharmacy for patients without health insurance.
Long-term reversible contraceptive methods, also known as “LARCS” include Depo-Provera® which is an injection given every twelve weeks. Both hormonal and non-hormonal Intra-uterine Devices (IUDs) are available for insertion. The Nexplanon® (previously Implanon®) is a device about the size of a matchstick that’s inserted into the arm.
